FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ICMS, Inc. Combines Technology Application of EMS- RFID, Inc.

ICMS, Inc., a privately held Nevada Corporation and EMS-RFID, Inc a privately held Delaware Corporation, announce today, May 27,2003, that they have decided to work together to integrate their two systems to provide a total turnkey solution set for supply chain management.

ICMS announces that it has formed a development relationship with EMS-RFID, Inc ( www.ems-rfid.com) and their primary integrator Kim Controls of Texas ( www.kimcontrolstexas.com ) to integrated their superior Radio Frequency Identification Tag (RFID) and readers into the ICMS ProfitMAX System. This will permit the immediate inventorying of goods going on a truck with automatic shipping advice sent to the receiving party. The ICMS ProfitMAX System will provide security and protect the condition of the goods as they move through the supply chain. Upon reaching the final destination, a complete inventory can be obtained instantly, compared against the shipping advice and, if no discrepancies exist, can be immediately entered into the clients books. This is critical as it saves a great deal of time on often areas that are not large enough to do a truly complete check in process. This is now completely automated with an immediate method of investigating any anomalies.

Future plans call for an much broader integration of these two technologies inclusive of having a virtual manifest on board that can be read at anytime, the ability to see what was offloaded at what location, and even the means for the unit to contact the client and let them know that a delivery will be made in 20 minutes. The potential is indeed overwhelming. Mark L. Denekamp, President and CEO of ICMS believes, "this is the first time every client will be empowered by simply using his or her Browser to be able to know exactly where their shipment is anywhere in the world." Once people have the ability, they will never go back to contacting the carrier for this information."

Mark Waggoner, heading operations at Kim Controls of Texas in Austin, sees this as " a great way to move the tagging technology already being used by a number of large companies in the manufacturing process and easily extending its value to the logistics side of the equation."

A Confirmation That RFID is the Future:

Wal.Mart Stores Inc.

Suppliers Will Have to Apply Radio- ID Tags to Shipments Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Bentonville., Ark., said it is requiring its 100 biggest suppliers to apply radio-frequency identi- fication tags to their pallet shipments by 2005, giving a big boost to a nascent tech- nology that promises to take time- and costs out of the supply chain. Linda Dillman, Wal-Mart's chief information of- ficer, made the announcement Tuesday at the Retail Systems 2003 Show in Chi- cago, saying the system will allow for faster shipping and receiving of merchan- dise. Unlike bar codes, which must be scannedby hand, auto-ill tags emit radio- frequency waves that are picked up by warehouse scanners, which /feed the in- ventory data to a computer system. The process cuts labor costs, human error and theft. The chips that power the tags- also known as smart tags-eventually are expected to be attached to all prod- ucts, to speed check out, among other things. The technology has been refined for several years at the Massachusetts In- stitute of Technology's Auto-ill Center, which is supported by 100 companies, from retailers to consumer-product makers.
